Does the POS keep working if the internet goes down?
Yes. The till keeps running locally and syncs automatically once the connection is back. You lose no receipts and never have to re-enter anything.
Can I bring my existing products across?
Yes. We import your product file from Excel or CSV, including exports straight out of Loyverse and most other POS systems. Column names are matched automatically and prices with either a comma or a full stop are read correctly.
Which scales are supported?
Price-embedded barcodes from Bizerba, Mettler Toledo, Avery Berkel, CAS/Digi and GS1 are recognised without any programming. You set the format your scale uses per store.
Am I tied into an annual contract?
No. You pay monthly and can cancel monthly. We would rather keep you because the system works than because you are locked in.
What does 10Key cost?
The supermarket package starts at € 45 per month and the restaurant package at € 49, per location and excluding VAT. Unlimited users are included; modules such as delivery or scales are picked separately.
Do I have to buy hardware from you?
No, 10Key runs on any Windows PC, tablet or simply in the browser. If you would rather not deal with it, we supply a ready-to-use touchscreen with customer display: € 850 one-off or € 75 per month to rent.
