Need a card terminal too?

For card payments themselves we work with PinDirect. They supply CCV payment terminals, to buy or to rent. We make sure the terminal talks to your till, so the amount never has to be keyed in twice.

Your own account area

When you sign up you receive login details for your business. There you see your subscription, change modules and renew or pay yourself. Payments run through Mollie, so you settle with iDEAL. Moving from a demo to a subscription happens in the same place.

Cafés simply run on the restaurant package

A café needs the same things a restaurant does: keeping track of tables, adding rounds, ringing up quickly at the bar. There is no separate package for it at 10Key — take the restaurant package and it is all there.

QR ordering and online payment

Guests will scan the QR code on the table, order themselves and pay online right away with iDEAL. Currently in development.

Do I pay per till or per location?
Per location. Within that location you add as many users as you like at no extra cost. With multiple locations you pay half the software price from the second one onwards. That discount applies to the software only — hardware costs the same everywhere.
Is 10Key suitable for a café?
Yes. A café uses the restaurant package: keeping track of tables, adding rounds, ringing up quickly at the bar and sending tickets to the right printer. There is no separate café package, so there is nothing extra to pay.
What does it cost if I want every module?
You pay a fixed bundle price rather than the sum of the individual modules: € 20 on top of the restaurant package (instead of € 25) and € 10 on top of the supermarket package (instead of € 15).
Do I have to buy hardware from you?
10Key runs on any Windows PC, tablet or simply in the browser, so an existing touchscreen works fine. If you would rather hand it over, we supply a ready-to-use system preloaded with your products.
What is the difference between buying and renting hardware?
Buying costs € 850 one-off, excluding VAT, and the system is yours. Renting is € 75 per month on top of your package, with a minimum term of 12 months. Renting includes replacement if the unit fails.
Are there setup fees?
No. Configuring your products, categories, VAT rates and printers is included. You pay your monthly amount and, if you take it, the hardware.
Is VAT included in these prices?
No, every amount on this page excludes VAT. As a business customer you can usually reclaim it.
