Who processes your data

Code Craft IT Studio (10Key POS) is the controller for personal data collected through 10key.nl.

What we collect

This website only collects what you enter in the demo form yourself: your name, your business name, your email address, optionally your phone number, the type of business, the number of locations and any note you add.

We place no tracking or advertising cookies and use no service that follows you across websites. That is also why there is no cookie banner to dismiss.

Our hosting provider keeps technical logs (such as IP address, timestamp and requested page) that are needed to keep the site secure and available. We do not use those logs to profile visitors.

Why we use it

• To contact you about your request and to arrange a demo. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
• To improve our service, for example by seeing which questions come up often. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making and never sell it.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a customer relationship are kept for a maximum of two years, so we can find an earlier conversation if you get in touch again. If you become a customer, we keep the data for as long as the agreement runs and for seven years afterwards, because Dutch tax law requires it for our administration.

Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf. A data processing agreement is in place with each of them:

• Our hosting provider, for serving this website
• Our email and server providers, for receiving and storing your request

Your data is stored within the European Economic Area.

Data inside the POS system

This policy covers the website. If you use 10Key POS as a customer, we process data in that system on your behalf — you are the controller and we are the processor. A separate data processing agreement covers that relationship.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data
• have it corrected or erased
• restrict the processing
• object to the processing
• receive your data in a common file format

Email info@codecrafts.nl and we will respond within four weeks. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Security

This website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to requests is limited to the people who need it. All systems are backed up daily. If you think something has gone wrong with your data, tell us straight away at info@codecrafts.nl.

Changes

We update this policy when the website or the way we work changes. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
