Cafés simply run on the restaurant package
A café needs the same things a restaurant does: keeping track of tables, adding rounds, ringing up quickly at the bar. There is no separate package for it at 10Key — take the restaurant package and it is all there.

Yes. A café uses the same restaurant package: keeping track of tables, adding rounds, ringing up quickly at the bar and sending tickets to the right printer. There is no separate café package, so nothing extra to pay.
Can I take orders at the table?
10Key runs in the browser, so you take orders on a tablet or phone and the ticket lands in the kitchen straight away. No separate handheld terminals needed.
Does the till keep working during an internet outage?
Yes. It keeps running locally and syncs as soon as the connection returns. You lose no receipts and never have to re-enter anything.
Can I bring my menu across from my current POS?
Yes. We import your menu from Excel or CSV, including exports straight out of Loyverse and most other systems. Column names are matched automatically and prices with a comma or a full stop both read correctly.
What does a POS system for hospitality cost?
The restaurant package starts at € 49 per location per month, excluding VAT, with unlimited users. Modules such as delivery (+€ 10) and VoIP (+€ 5) are optional; all modules together cost € 20.
